Continuing a creative partnership that includes Muon, Mu and Muo, LS LUXE transforms sculpture and technology into one cohesive form. Its organic contours, harmonious geometry and concealed drivers create an elegant presence that enriches its surroundings whether music is playing or not.
Performance by Design
The sculpted cabinet is crafted from robust materials with soft, rounded edges and a low diffraction profile. An advanced bulk moulding compound provides strength and acoustic volume, while the flexible decoupling chassis minimises vibration and unwanted colouration for greater clarity and cleaner, more natural sound.
Advanced Uni Q Technology
At the heart of LS LUXE is the 12th generation 6.5 inch Uni Q driver array with Metamaterial Absorption Technology. Positioning the tweeter at the acoustic centre of the woofer enables wide, even sound dispersion, allowing listeners throughout the room to experience accurate and detailed sound.
Metamaterial Absorption Technology
Metamaterial Absorption Technology acts as an acoustic black hole, absorbing 99 percent of unwanted sound from the rear of the tweeter. This substantially reduces distortion and colouration, revealing greater clarity, detail and natural tonal balance.
Velocity Control Technology
LS LUXE is the first wireless HiFi speaker to feature KEF Velocity Control Technology. This closed loop system uses an integrated velocity sensor to monitor the movement of the Uni Q driver in real time. Data is sent directly to a custom current drive amplifier, which corrects movement inconsistencies for deeper, more accurate bass with reduced distortion and compression.
Music Integrity Engine
KEF Music Integrity Engine uses bespoke digital signal processing algorithms developed specifically for LS LUXE. The system maintains definition, accuracy and tonal balance across different volume levels, preserving the integrity and emotional impact of every recording.
Powerful Integrated Amplification
Each speaker combines a 100 W Class AB amplifier for the high frequencies with a 280 W Class D amplifier for the low and mid frequencies. This sophisticated amplification architecture delivers dynamic output, precise driver control and a maximum sound pressure level of 110 dB.
High Resolution Wireless Streaming
The KEF W2 Wireless Platform supports lossless playback up to 24 bit and 384 kHz, along with major audio formats including WAV, MP3 and FLAC. Stream through Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, QPlay, AirPlay and Google Cast, with access to services including Spotify, Tidal, Qobuz, Amazon Music and Deezer. Multiroom playback is supported through AirPlay and Google Cast.
Comprehensive Connectivity
LS LUXE provides HDMI eARC, analogue, optical and coaxial inputs for connection to televisions, disc players, game consoles and other sources. Dedicated subwoofer outputs are provided on both the primary and secondary speakers, while local NAS drives and music servers are also supported.
Personalised Room Tuning
The KEF Connect App simplifies setup, streaming, source selection and acoustic configuration. Normal mode provides guided adjustment, while Expert mode offers granular control over equalisation settings. Advanced Room EQ helps optimise performance for the listening environment, with dedicated presets available for integration with KEF subwoofers.
Refined Everyday Control
The included C3 Remote complements the system with an aluminium top plate, backlit controls and a customisable favourite button. LS LUXE is available in Dusk Titanium, Eclipse Black and Mineral White.
