Description
The SVS SB-2000 Pro Series Sealed Box Home Subwoofer brings deep, controlled bass to music and home cinema systems. A 12-inch high-excursion driver and Sledge STA-550D amplifier deliver 550 watts RMS and over 1,500 watts peak from a compact sealed cabinet, with a frequency response of 19–240 Hz (±3 dB).
High-Excursion Driver and Sealed Cabinet
The aluminium-cone driver uses a powerful dual ferrite motor and an extreme-excursion surround for controlled movement at low frequencies. A rigid MDF enclosure with internal bracing helps minimise cabinet resonance, while the removable fabric grille protects the driver.
Power with Digital Precision
The Class D amplifier combines discrete MOSFET output devices with a 50 MHz Analog Devices audio DSP. Digital processing manages the driver and provides the adjustments needed to integrate the subwoofer with your speakers and listening room.
App and Rear-Panel Control
The SVS app connects via Bluetooth for volume, low-pass crossover, phase, polarity and room gain adjustments. Three-band parametric EQ and three custom presets let you save tuning profiles for different listening preferences. The rear-panel Intelligent Control Interface also provides direct control of key settings.
Connections and Dimensions
Stereo RCA inputs and outputs support connection to compatible amplifiers and AV receivers. With the grille fitted, the cabinet measures 372 mm high × 360 mm wide × 395 mm deep and weighs 17.5 kg. Iso-elastomer feet help stabilise the cabinet.
