SVS PB17-Ultra R|Evolution is a flagship ported subwoofer built around a 17-inch driver and dual-monoblock amplification. It delivers very deep low frequencies for demanding home theatre and music systems.
Large-scale bass with precise control
The glass-fibre composite driver uses dual 8-inch voice coils. The STA-2800D amplifier supplies 2,800 watts RMS and more than 6,000 watts peak, with each mono amplifier driving one coil. A 295MHz Analog Devices DSP and switch-mode power supply manage performance.
Setup and control
The Bluetooth SVS app offers volume, low-pass filter, phase, polarity, room gain compensation, six-band parametric EQ, tuning modes and presets. High-flow flared ports and rigid MDF bracing support substantial output while limiting cabinet resonance.
