SVS PB-5000 R|Evolution uses a 15-inch driver and triple-ported enclosure to deliver deep, high-output bass for home cinema and HiFi systems, with tuning options for different rooms and preferences.
Dual-monoblock power and DSP control
Dual edge-wound voice coils work with a 2,000-watt continuous amplifier capable of more than 5,000 watts peak. Each mono amplifier drives one coil. A 295MHz Analog Devices DSP and switch-mode power supply manage the driver and amplifier for controlled low-frequency reproduction.
Setup and control
The SVS smartphone app provides Bluetooth control of volume, low-pass filtering, phase, polarity, room gain, six-band parametric EQ, tuning modes and presets. Double-thickness MDF and extensive internal bracing help keep the cabinet acoustically inert.
